Wig FAQ:

~Q: How long will it take for you to make the wig?

♣A: I do our best to make your wig as fast as possible! However, the timeframe will change depending on the time it takes for us to get the supplies. Usually it will take us between 2 to 5 weeks from the day of your payment to get the supplies, make your wig and ship it. The white wigs tend to be quicker. If you find that someone who might’ve ordered after you have got their wig before you, it is because of the different shipping times for different colors of wigs.
Please be aware that the time to make a wig might change during our holidays and exam times.

~Q: Can I choose any style I want?

♣A: I will of course try our best to meet your requests! Some things are really hard and I might have to limit the styles later on. As for now, we are open to all suggestions, except dreads that are simply too time consuming and expensive for me. There are many talented sellers that make dreads and dreaded wigs, so you might want to check them out!
If you want anything special that’s not in the pictures, we might have to add a bit more to the price, especially if you want a wig in more than one color.
I am happy to hear new ideas, so please discuss with us about what you want <3

~Q: My wig doesn’t look as poofy as in the pictures. What should I do?

♣A: The reason that the wig might look a bit less poofy is because it gets compressed in the shipping, and will loose some of its volume. You can make it fluffier again by back-combing it close to the scalp, and while wearing it puffing it up with your hands. If you still have any problem, please don’t hesitate to contact us about it!

~Q: Can I use a hair iron on my wig?

♣A: These wigs are made of synthetic fibre and are not recommended to have any kind of iron used on them, but if you are careful there will be no problem.
Don’t use heat over 100ºC (212ºF). If your iron doesn’t show the heat, try using it on the lowest setting or while it’s warming up or cooling down, but please be careful! You don’t want your wig to melt. If there is any smell, stop immediately!
If you need to re-straighten the bangs, a straightening iron will work. When straightening or curling, don’t keep the hair heated for too long time, a short, repeated use will work better.
If you want to add more curls, a curling iron will also work. Try to avoid brush-style curling irons, synthetic hair is much more likely to get stuck into those than human hair is. You can also roll the hair you want to curl onto a spool and pour hot water on them.
Please refrain from using any heating devices too frequently on your wig, repeated use might cause damage to the synthetic hair.
